| This community is absolutely the best of the best. Period. I know, I know... repost. But honestly, I've rarely seen such a great group of folks united, much less over a 19 year-old car! I've know this about this site and the members here for a while, but a recent experience has driven the point home for me yet again. This past Monday, I had to rush my father to the hospital ER at about 5 am. Fortunately, a few days later, and everything is ok with him now (thanks to Marc (NJ) for his kind words and concern). A few hours later, in the parking garage of the hospital, my clutch went out. I posted on the technical forum with a few questions, and got some helpful suggestions like always (thanks to all those that chimed in!). Realizing taht I would need some help with this (because it's a two man job, and because I'm not as mechanically inclined as a lot of folks on here), I posted a request for help in the classies. Within an hour I got a call from a member in Michigan wanting to help by offering advice (sorry, I forgot the member ID)! That impressed me. Thanks again for the call! Then, later that evening, I got a call from member escturbo (Edward Chen). He lives in northern GA (Athens), which is a 70 mile trip one way from where my Z was stuck. He offered to make the drive and help me fix my Z just to "help out a fellow Zer". Long story short, we left that garage at 3 am this morning, and my Z is running strong, with the clutch now engaging properly. I can't thank Edward enough. He's a top notch guy! I hope to see him and a few other locals at another Z meet/cookout in a few weeks (maybe a month and a half or so. More to come on that later). Thanks to Jimmy (Atl300zxTT) and Mo (mogaffar) for coming out to my last meet/cookout, and helping me bleed the clutch then as well. Anyway, I'm rambling now, but the point is that this is a great community with some great folks! Thanks to Damon and Greg for setting this place up, and thanks to all of you guys for making it what it is! --Mike
